Arnco 150XT ™ is our latest and most advanced crack-free, casing-friendly hardbanding.

A highly wear resistant and casing friendly material that protects casing, riser and BOP assets while offering extended down-hole wear protection. 150XT can be re-applied on top of itself  any number of times as a crack-free deposit. The design involves the use of a unique metallurgical composition that is intended to provide high wear resistance and durability while exhibiting increased pliability to combat critical stresses associated with high rates of penetration, increased RPM and excessive impact loads during horizontal and extended reach wells. The material is also highly H2S resistant, helping prevent H2S related cracking and fatigue.
