Proven Performance
NonMagXT™ sets a new standard for non-magnetic hardbanding. Its fine-grained microstructure combines the toughness of ferritic alloys with the ductility of an austenitic matrix, ensuring superior resistance to wear and damage.
Applied at a low preheat temperature of just 200°F (93°C), Arnco NonMagXT™ prevents damage to expensive non-magnetic tools while delivering a smooth, spatter-free deposit. With an average Rockwell C hardness of 36 in single-layer applications, the hardness increases to 48 HRC during drilling for enhanced protection.
